If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at 877-WAGABLE (877-924-2253) or via email at customerservice@tailsandcompany.com and we will be happy to correct the problem. Please do not ship the item back as a "Return" or “Exchange” without prior authorization so you are not held responsible for the damage.
